Accountabilities: Excellent negotiation skills Superior underwriting technical knowledge in both medical and financial underwriting Providing educational presentations to MGA's Providing training sessions to underwriters including mentoring senior underwriters on large case financial concepts. Excellent understanding of legalities of underwriting processes Assist Underwriting Manager on escalated cases Assist Underwriting Manager with technical underwriting audits Key contact for review of fraudulent claims Member of Underwriting Management team and Individual Underwriting team Limited travel to support RSM's, MGA's and Functional conferences Qualifications: University degree FALU, FLMI 10+ years of underwriting experience Appreciation of the complexit.... |
