This is a contract position in Vancouver, BC. JOB DESCRIPTION Job Description: We are looking for 2 senior technology specialists to work with the Service Assurance Support Team to support the BMC IT Service Management (ITSM) application, for a local customer in the Vancouver lower mainland area. Duties include, but not limited to: ? Installation of the BMC ITSM application ? Maintenance of the application, including application of patches, and version and release upgrades ? Configuration and customization of the ITSM application ? Report generation ? Build interfaces to link ITSM to other tools ? Perform demo and training sessions ? Migrate external systems to ITSM, as required ? Documentation The potential candidate should process the following skills: - In depth technical knowledge on BMC ITSM (IT Service Management) suite, including these modules o Service Desk (Incident Management, Problem Management) o Change / Release management o Asset Management o Configura.... |
