| Senior Technical Support Specialist - (Job Number: 29686) 401851 Senior Technical Support Specialist 29686 Senior Technical Support Specialist - Radio Access Description The candidate will provide senior level Technical Support on the Rogers Radio Access Network which includes LTE, UMTS/HSPA, GSM and UMA technologies. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional project teams and will be a key contributor for all FOA projects affecting the Radio Access Operations. Responsibilities ? Interface with NOC, Field Operations, Engineering and TAC teams for timely resolution of Radio Access Network faults. ? Ensure problem resolution metrics such as MTTR and KPIs are strictly adhered to in the resolution of various network faults. ? Develop and communicate technical documentation related to standards and procedures for the Rogers LTE, UMTS/HSPA and GSM networks. ? Assist the regional Field Operations groups based on industry/vendor best practices for Radio Access Network operations & maintenance, to maximize efficiency and ensure consistency across the national network. ? Evaluate and Perform Radio Access FOA projects and execute change management activities ? Liaison with vendor.... |
