The primary objective of the Supply Chain Management team is to provide commercial leadership and supplier relationship management to optimize TransAlta's major initiatives and spend (i.e. high risk/high complexity/significant spend) across the organization to achieve corporate objectives. We are seeking a Senior Sourcing Specialists that have demonstrated understanding and experience in capital procurement, project management and sophisticated contract negotiation and execution along with direct experience developing strategic supplier relationships.
