With an existing team of 2-3 testers who will report to you, the Software Integration Test Lead will be required to create project plans, to manage deliverable timelines and to ensure that all aspects of the integration testing is performed to its highest capabilities . As the Software Integration Test Lead, you will be interacting with all levels of management and you will work side by side with the development and project team to ensure that the software development lifecycle is managed effectively.
