| Senior Recruiter Reports to: Manager Position Type: Full Time Department: Human Resources Email: Location: Sault Ste. Marie, ON, Canada Post Date: 02.03.2012 Recruits, researches, screens, interviews, and refers job candidates for job openings. Utilizes established network of contacts and coordinates with advertising agency to help identify new candidates. Communicates and coordinates with candidates and hiring manager to ensure smooth operation of the interview process. Documents statistics to be analyzed for identifying and reporting trends and developing best practices within the function.
