| Senior Project Accountant - Klohn Crippen Berger Job Opportunity Summary: The Alberta Division of Klohn Crippen Berger Ltd. (KCB) has an immediate opening for a Senior Project Accountant in our Calgary office. The successful candidate will be responsible for project accounting, business unit accounting and leadership to the Alberta accounting staff. Responsibilities: Work closely with Project Managers to set up projects in accordance with our accounting system (BST Enterprise) and to manage the information in accordance with company guidelines, and applicable client contracts; Provide the Business Unit VP with timely and insightful business unit financial reporting and analysis; Assist Project Managers with project reporting and liaise, as required, with clients; Assist Project Managers and other project staff with training and reporting requirements; Review all aspects of project accounting, recommend improvements and execute changes. Scope includes project set ups, invoicing , project adjustments, recognition of revenue and non-chargeable expenses and checking compliance with client contracts; Assist with the annual external financial statement audit by preparing audit working pa.... |
