Due to an upcoming project they require an experienced payroll officer to join their team for 6 months. Job description Reporting to the Senior Manager of Payroll your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: • Manage the full cycle payroll processing for 1000+ bi-weekly and hourly, employees. • Assist with all required reporting for month end and ensure accuracy of data for your assigned portfolio • Oversee preparation of year end summaries, benefits enrolments and other regulatory requirements. • Assist the Payroll Manager during the project phase to provide leadership and guidance to the junior staff. • Asses current processes and recommend potential improvements to the overall function. • Work cross functionally with HR and other departments to ensure smooth delivery of reporting and potential payroll issues. Who we are looking for The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar position.... |
