The Senior Operations Manager will ensure that the properties operate in a first class manner by delivering & implementing sound preventative and predictive maintenance programs. All operational work will conform to GE Capital Real Estate ?s policies and procedures, building codes and health and safety legislation. Essential Responsibilities Responsible for the day to day operations and preventative maintenance for each property. Staff supervision, training and mentoring of all direct and indirect operations support team members. Management of Capital Improvement Projects including Tendering/Management/Supervision and documentation of all aspects of projects.
