| Senior Lease Administrator Location: Head Office (Montreal, Quebec) Store Location: Job Code: 745 # of openings: 1 Description We are currently looking for a: Senior Lease Administrator Responsible for all Lease Administration duties for expanding retail store chain Primary Responsibilities: Manage all updates, changes, and revisions with new store possession dates, store opening dates, and rent commencement dates Ensure that all critical dates (expirations, renewal options, termination options, etc.) and/or lease actions are addressed on a timely basis. Monitor all lease negotiation statuses to ensure that deadlines are met. Account for favorable and unfavorable lease language. Responsible for summaries and abstracts of leasing documentation; Organizing and maintaining updated and accurate files including leasing documents and correspondence with landlords; Preparing, editing, reviewing and amending all leasing documentation (including Leases, Offers to Lease, Letters of Intent, Amendments and Renewals) Negotiate all leasing documentation and ability to discuss leasing issues with outside counsel if necessary Drafting all correspondence to landlords (including estoppels) M.... |
