| Senior Instructional Designer Senior Instructional Designer As a Senior Instructional Designer, you are responsible for planning, managing, and implementing comprehensive training programs using a blend of learning methodologies, with emphasis on e-learning, for a designated portfolio or assigned projects. Responsibilities Create a comprehensive training program and training methodology, including the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Maintain, develop, and deliver e-learning courses offered through the Learning Management System (LMS). Coordinate the involvement of other functional areas and subject matter experts to ensure project success. Design, develop, implement, and facilitate training programs for employees, brokers, and other corporate partners. Manage project teams and provide guidance and coaching to project staff. Education University degree in education, business, or related field Additional courses in adult education and e-learning program development (i.e. Certificate in Adult Education (CAE, CACE), or similar) Experience Seven years of experience developing, planning, and implementing training programs, of which at least two years are in.... |
