| Permanent Job Description: This position will be responsible for building and driving revenue growth through the development and management of the Inside Sales team. Responsibilities & Accountabilities: Develop an inside sales strategy and plan, including size, focus, deployment of team and level of engagement (qualifying leads, setting appointments, closing orders). Responsible for hiring, onboarding, and timely performance management of all inside sales representatives. Motivate and manage Inside Sales professionals to drive pipeline development and revenues through sales efforts (inbound and outbound). Provide coaching, mentoring and guidance for all members of the Inside Sales team, with a focus on strong sales results, development and personal growth. Coordinate, direct and monitor both inbound and outbound efforts of the inside sales team by tracking and reporting on individual and team activities, campaign call results, lead status and sales goals. Collaborate with management and other team leaders to identify strategies to achieve sales goals and uncover new, high value opportunities. Ensure accurate utilization and management of information through CRM and other sales info.... |
