| Senior Developer (CPlusPlus / Java) Montreal, QC Date Posted: January 26, 2012 Job ID: 21047 Job Description Eagle is currently seeking one (1) Senior Developer (CPlusPlus / Java). This permanent opportunity is slated to begin January 2012. Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for: Working closely with the FX desk to identify and define requirements; Designing, developing and maintaining efficient code to support business requirements; Working closely with software vendors, colleagues in the FX technology, and other teams to deliver integrated solutions; and, Day to day support. Skills and Qualifications The qualified candidate must have: 7 years experience working with CPlusPlus on Linux in a multithreaded environment; Some Java and/or CSharp experience; Experience supporting distributed systems in a highly complex, high-urgency environment; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Strong team player; Highly motivated, analytical thinking individual; Problem solving skills and the ability to multi-task; Ability to manage tasks and plan deliverables (project planning) in a structured manner; Working knowledge of FX products, business; Experience d.... |
