Responsibilities Collaborate with all business units to ensure requirements are captured and represented in the contractual documentation. Negotiate IT supplier agreements in accordance with business and legal requirements Research and analyze contractual documentation for all relevant information such as contract type, contract amendments and contractual obligation. Draft contractual verbiage Work collaboratively with Legal department to complete negotiation Manages and monitors contracts for compliance Collaborate with areas of IT to ensure vendor partners are effectively managed and contracts are leveraged.
