| Our Waterloo-based client has an immediate two-month contract for a Senior Business Analyst. Hours of work: Regular business hours Compensation : $40-55/hour depending on experience The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for the following: - Recognizing business processes and providing recommendations for improvement - Managing requirements for projects while adhering to company methodologies - Developing and executing test strategies, test plans, test situations, test cases, and test reports - Conducting risk assessments and validating business requirements - Working with technical staff to understand business needs and efficient methods for solution implementation - Managing and submitting team members estimates for review and approval The qualified candidate will have the following qualifications: - Strong technical, communication, team-work, and customer-service skills - The ability to adapt to change and execute tasks in an accurate and timely manner - 5-7 years of previous experience in a Business Analyst role and experience with Mutual Funds, Guaranteed Wealth experience and/or Insurance - Experience in project management, technical writing, process improvement, tra.... |
