| Senior Business Analyst Information Services Term Full-time 6 months Competition #: 23-12-7112501 The incumbent is responsible to develop effective business solutions by researching/analyzing issues, defining opportunities for business process improvements and making recommendations. They will be responsible to define, document and translate high level business requirements into detailed functions specifications as outlined by IT management and/or clients. Contribute to the development of project plans by participating in the scoping and estimating of proposed projects. They will encourage and ensure the use of Project Management and Business Analysis practices within the department and be focused on the efficient delivery of service. In a collaborative and co-operative environment, the incumbent must be able to communicate effectively within the project team, the Information Services department and also act as a liaison between other departments of CancerCare Manitoba. The incumbent must be able to lead projects and groups effectively, demonstrating professionalism, diplomacy and excellent oral and written communication skills.
