| Senior Administrator - Billing and Sales Reporting - (Job Number: 1200004) 26820 Senior Administrator - Billing and Sales Reporting 1200004 Summary of Job The candidate will assist the Manager - Billing and Accounts Receivable in the efforts to establish the billing processes and procedures for revenue recognition and effective revenue reporting. The candidate will make sure that billing clerks are aware of the processes and procedures and make sure that routines are followed on week to week basis. This function is driven by deadlines by product lines and the candidate must be hands on with the functionalities of staff. The person must have strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills. Key areas of responsibility Maintaining the billing schedules of magazines Ensure that all publications are placed and billed in correct Financial period and invoices produced for all in idual magazines and websites according to issue schedule. Make sure that all advertised revenue is billed and recognised under GL account for transfer to GP. Enforce deadlines for Billing completion on daily basis. Train, support billing team and manage the workload on weekly basis. Train all new hires .... |
