| Senior Administrative Assistant Our centrally located client requires an experienced Administrative Assistant to cover an employee leave February 1 to March 27, 2012. Here are some of the key functions and other duties as required. This is a very busy and fast-paced environment.Coordinating email requests and queries. Then monitoring replies, following instructions, sending out invitations, monitoring responses and various logisticsAssisting with clerical requirements of meeting planning and various mail outs (preparing documents, printing, photocopying, assembling packages, sending on schedule)Assist with preparation of budget materials. This requires entering various expenses in a spreadsheet, sending some emails to confirm the informationReconcile committee member expenses and prepare for sign off by ManagerAttend meetings as required to provide support to Manager, perhaps recording some resolutions. Could possibility result in some overtime hoursPreparing section news: compiling submissions and forwarding for proofreading and layoutMonitoring bring-forward system and sending various notices and tasks for managementWord processing, data entry in Excel, experience with correspond.... |
