| Title Senior Accountant/Payroll Administrator Job ID ibsa125 Email Address Position Overview If you are interested in this postion please send your reusme to Responsibilities Process all payroll/benefits (for multi-provinces) ? weekly hourly (union) payroll, semi-monthly salaried payroll, remittances, WCB,WSIB, T4 ?s (standby charges/year-end reconciliations) Support of month-end package including journal entries, costing, generate reports, variance analysis Monthly balance sheet reconciliations and sales reporting Assist with annual StratPlan/Budget/Forecasts Data collection and analysis ? costing and optimal inventory levels Quarterly sales bonus calculations All sales tax related remittances and StatsCan reporting Weekly cheque run/process 3 rd party A/P Backup support to A/P and A.R functions Requirements CMA/CGA designated or pursuing a designation at 4 th level or higher Advanced Excel Solid technology skills; high proficiency with MS Office ADP payroll preferred or Ceridian Leadership experience in a similar role an asset SAP experience an asset Strong written and verbal communication skills Detail oriented, organized, team player, strong work ethic, accountable Function.... |
