| Secretary/Receptionist and Regional Investment Administrator Department: Member Experience Date Posted: 1/20/2012 Position Type: FT Reference No.: 2012-1698 Reports to: Manager, Regional Administration Career Level: A4 The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration processes in the MD Private Investment Counsel (MDPIC) and supporting one Investment Counselor (IC). This position contributes to maintaining high standards of client service, quality control and operational efficiency. Duties & Responsibilities: Assist the IC in providing excellent service to clients and in exceeding client expectations. Act as liaison between the IC’s, Head Office and clients with respect to general client inquiries, problem resolution and specific client circumstances. Schedule initial meeting with new client and follow up client appointments. Prepare documentation and reports for client meeting, including initial and quarterly-review client meeting packages. Prepare frequent transaction requests including; deposits, withdrawals, transfers and other account related needs as per the client’s direction.
