| Position Title Scheduler, Home Support Services Employee Group Full Time Term Contract Hours Per Week 37.5 Program or Dept. Home Support Job Summary This position is a contract position for approximately one year and is being posted to cover a maternity leave. This position covers the scheduling of Home Support Services emloyees for their vacation, stat days, sick leave and other time off requests. The successful candidate will process and maintain the master schedule while taking into consideration staffing requirements for the VON Sarnia-Lambton and Chatham-Kent sites. Responsibilities The successful candidate will also attend staff huddles, KPI calls and missed visit meetings on an ongoing basis. They will ensure that the required number of employees are available at any given time in Sarnia-Lambton and Chatham-Kent in order to cover all CCAC care and new referrals. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent Personal Support Worker certification and experience is preferred Knowledge and undertstanding of the role of a Personal Support Worker as well as the VON Home Support Services program is an asset Knowledge of Procura and Microsoft Excel, as well as the ability to run .... |
