Sell and promote Greyhound Courier Express (GCX) services to commercial customers ? Primary focus is on the development of new business and building relationships with an existing customer base ? Act as liaison between the customer and GCX Departments when required ? Work closely with the GCX Agencies and Departments to ensure all customer expectations are being met RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Solicit new revenue opportunities from new and existing users ? Maintain and increase revenue opportunities from the top charge account customers in an assigned territory ? Make regularly scheduled appointments and develop affinity between GCX and customers ? Meet and exceed monthly revenue quota (assigned as per Sales Manager ? Submit accurate weekly and monthly reports, as well as Customer Contact files ? Work closely with regional sales, operations and agency teams, ensuring revenue opportunities are maximized ? Comply with all corporate policies and procedures ? Work in an office environment, with travel throughout the assigned region ESSENTIA.... |
