We are looking for an energetic, successful and enthusiastic leader for our Mens/ Kids Depts. in the Stratford store. This is a one year contract to cover a maternity leave. As the Sales Manager/Shop Owner, your primary objective is to lead a team of energetic, sales focussed associates in the Mens/Kids Dept. The scope of the role is comprised of building a winning sales team, and developing the team, leading by example by performing sales activities to achieve business goals. Equally important to success in this role is the effective execution of merchandise and visual presentation standards including the facilitation of the efficient flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
