The Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities: - Willingness to learn and grow with the company - A passion for safety in the workplace - Proven leadership skills and an ability to work independently - Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with other contractors Job Description The Field Safety Manager, reporting to the Shop Manager, will be responsible for overseeing all sites in Calgary ONLY. This position will require its successful candidate to have a well rounded knowledge of worksites and worksite policies, and an ability to liaise with other contractors while meeting tight deadlines. Responsibilities The responsibilities of this role are to: - Ensure that all company policies are being adhered to on worksites - Ensure the safety of all company workers - Ensure all workers onsite are aware of safety policies, and if not, take appropriate disciplinary action while making necessary changes onsite Requirements The requirements for this position are as follows: - Proven leadership and communication skills - Relevant field experienc.... |
