| SUPERVISOR, COUNSELLING SERVICES Full-Time LOCATION: 235 King Street , Kitchener / 150 Main St. , Cambridge Provides supervision, support, leadership, and direction to the provision of Employment Counselling and Social Work services delivered by or on behalf of Employment and Income Support (E&IS) and ensures that these services meet divisional standards including administrative, information management, budget, and human resource management activities. Participates in the development and implementation of strategic directions for E&IS and Social Services. Manages, monitors and coordinates the provision of employment and clinical counselling, assessment, referral and planning services. Provides direction to staff regarding program objectives, development and evaluation. Oversees client activity, outcomes, budgets and expenditures. Co-leads LEAP program. Provides case plan consultation and Critical Incident Stress debriefing to counselling staff. Plans, researches, develops and implements new employment initiatives. Promotes effective working relationships with community agencies, businesses, municipalities, and other organizations. Participates in coordinate.... |
