Competition #: 05020042 Employee Type: TERM SPECIFIC FULL TIME Bargaining Unit: BCGEU Facility: LAURIER MANOR Reports To: MANAGER Hourly Wage: $19.24 - $20.96 Close Date: JANUARY 18, 2012 Comments: Position Summary Under the general supervision of the Manager of Seniors Housing & Lifeline Programs, and clinical direction of the Seniors Wellness Coordinator 2, is responsible for assisting with the facilitation of health promotion and disease prevention programs for seniors housing and assisted living programs in the Prince George area. The position is responsible for assisting with the implementation of programs that address the physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and social well being of the residents and tenants. The duties, in consultation with the Seniors Wellness Coordinator 2, include program planning, implementation and evaluation as well as supervision of students and volunteers. These duties will be carried out according to established policies and procedures in an Elder Friendly manner and consistent with Gentle Care prin.... |
