Responsibilities Under the direction of the manager, the Respiratory Therapist, as part of the multidisciplinary health care team and incorporating population health/chronic disease management models of care in order to achieve the physicians and patient/families goals; assesses (including spirometry and pulmonary function testing), plans, delivers and evaluates respiratory care and education to both patients/families and health care team members. The incumbent will also be involved in the delivery of a Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program. Qualifications Successful completion of a Respiratory Therapy program from an accredited institution Successful completion of the Canadian Boar.... |
