| Location Resource Coordinator 2-210 Osborne St N. Status / Conditions Full time permanant position (1.0 EFT) Salary $21.90 to $27.77 per hour (CHSC) Union Contract MGEU Description The Home Care program provides a broad range of services to assist people to remain in a community setting. As a member of a Home Care Team, and accountable to the Team Manager, the incumbent supervises and ensures the efficient delivery of services to Home Care clients by coordinating Direct Service Staff (DSS) in accordance with the HCA/HSW Collective Agreement, program standards and policies, and care plans developed by Case Coordinators. The incumbent maintains a competent complement of DSS to meet case load demands by identifying recruitment & education needs; by matching, assigning & scheduling DSS, providing ongoing supervision and evaluation. The Resource Coordinator has regular work hours of Monday to Friday days, but occasional evenings and weekends may be required. Consistent with the French Language Services Policy of the Government of Manitoba and the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority's French Language Services Policy, the WRHA is committed to offer services in French and English in design.... |
