| Title Resource Associate / Office Administrator (34-800) Position Overview A contract opportunity exists for an Office Administrator/Customer Service Representative in our Qx Locates division of Aecon Infrastructure. Reporting to the Manager, this role will provide administrative/customer service support to the Qx Locates office and field team. The main responsibilities of this position include general clerical duties and customer service support. Key Responsibilities ? Ability to work independently, accurate computer data input and record keeping ? Receptionist/customer service: emergency dispatch and assisting customers on the phone with locate inquiries and follow up ? Maintain filing system ? Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, filing and couriers ? Compile and review billing to ensure accuracy ? Ability to compose correspondence ? Maintain adequate supply levels ? Responsible courier output and coordination Required Knowledge & Skills ? Excellent computer skills, Word and Excel ? Strong communication skills, dealing tactfully with suppliers, employees, visitors and customers ? Previous experience in a construction envir.... |
