| The coordinator will work with the principal investigator (Dr. Shanthi Johnson) and the project advisory group composed of members from Regina Qu'Appelle Health Region (RQHR) and Saskatchewan Ministry of Health. The project focuses on improving functional capacity and reducing falls among older adults living in rural and urban areas by delivering a home-based exercise intervention through the home care network in partnership with RQHR. The coordinator will be responsible for the overall project management and other related activities including participant screening/recruitment and consent process, set-up and facilitate a 6-member Falls Prevention--Advisory Group (FP-AG) meetings, coordinate training sessions, assist with communication/ promotion/ dissemination activities (newsletters, reports, presentations and others), liaise with participants, and assist with data collection, as necessary. The coordinator will also work with other project staff and students involved in this research project. Hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in a health field with experience in community-based health research
