| Registered Psychiatric Nurse/ Registered Nurse (Nurse II) Rideau Park Personal Care Home Full Time Days/Evenings - Weekdays/Weekends - Rotation REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Current registration with CRPNM or CRNM Current BLS within the past 12 months or BLS Instructor Certificate Evidence of ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team Experience in the use of a resident centered approach to care giving Ability to meet the physical and mental health needs of geriatric residents Ability to supervise the clinical practice of allied nursing personnel Ability to perform proper body mechanics related to lifting, turning and transferring residents Advanced level of written and oral communication skills Strong organizational, decision making and problem solving skills Ability to display independent judgement Ability to work with all staff Ability to respect and promote a culturally diverse population Ability to respect and promote confidentiality Ability to perform the duties of the position on a regular basis This position is subject to a Criminal Records Check and a Child Abuse Registry Check.
