| Position Title Registered Practical Nurse Employee Group Regular FT Job Summary This position will be of interest to nurses who value client teaching, communication, autonomy and decision-making and find community nursing challenging and rewarding. Community nursing provides the opportunity to utilize a scope of nursing practice and to care for individuals of all ages who have a variety of nursing care needs. Responsibilities Working hours for this position is 5 days/week. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; Current registration with a provincial College of Nurses; Demonstrated competencies in observation, independent assessment; health education and promotion; Proficient nursing skills with the ability to read and interpret technical and clinical instructions; A valid driver ?s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
