You will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Representatives and working with them to further develop their skills and professional growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading successful sales teams in the pharmaceutical industry. Responsibilities: • Develop a business plan and sales strategy to ensure achievement of the company’s sales goals. • Responsible for the coaching and mentoring of the Sales Representatives. • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and employed within the team. • Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans. • Performs one-on-one reviews with the Sales Representatives. • Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance. • Controls expenses and disperses to Sales Representatives as required. • R.... |
