Regional Manager of Finance

Job Summary: The Regional Manager of Finance will be part of a team managers delivering vital
support services to the region and reporting to the Vice President Corporate
Services/CFO. This position will provide leadership and supervision to the departments
of finance and payroll and interact regularly with the Regional Management Team. In
addition, this position will assume key responsibility for financial reporting and
forecasting, budgeting and variance monitoring, and internal & external audit for both
operating and capital budgets. Immediate challenges will be to implement new Public
Sector Accounting Standards for the region and to guide implementation of a new Home
Care payroll process. This is a new position and is connected to the current restructuring
process of implementing Clinical Managers and regional Support Service Managers. If
you are a highly experienced and accomplished public sector Finance professional, able
to provide strong leadership to staff and accurate forecasting to Executive Management,
