| Regional Investment Administrator/Client Assistant Department: Member Experience Date Posted: 1/24/2012 Position Type: FT Reference No.: 2012-1707 Reports to: Manager, Regional Administration Career Level: B1 The Regional Investment Administrator/Client Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to assist the Regional Office in maintaining high standards of client service. Duties & Responsibilities: Regional Investment Administrator: Assist the Investment Counsellor (IC) in providing excellent service to high net worth clients. Deliver an exceptional client experience consistently to all individuals both internally and externally. Act as liaison between the IC’s, Head Office and clients with respect to general client inquiries, problem resolution and specific client circumstances. Schedule initial meeting with new client and follow up client appointments. Prepare documentation and reports for client meeting, including initial and quarterly-review client meeting packages.
