| Job Title Recruitment Specialist Location London Regions London, ON Description Allen Professional Search, London office, is currently recruiting for a Recruitment Specialist for one of our clients, located in London, ON. This is a short term contract opportunity. Position Summary: Reporting to the Manager of Human Resources, this role leads the recruitment process in support of all recruitment efforts for all departments within the organization. Duties and Responsibilities: ? Coordinate internal and external recruitment activities including: obtaining signed requisitions, sourcing, creating advertisements (including Social Media as appropriate), tracking, processing, assessing, interviewing, referencing, and reporting to obtain a 100% fill rate on all staffing targets and to ensure consistent stewardship of culture of promotion and development ? Ensure all recruitment activities are handled according to applicable legislative requirements ? Support preparation of the necessary documentation for new hires ? Update and maintain all active position Job Descriptions, continue to develop a positive relationship with various client groups while upholding existing HR policies, processes .... |
