| Recruitment Specialist Job number: 740271 CSG: Diamonds & Specialty Products Business / Project: EKATI Diamond Mine Job type: Full Time - Fixed Term Location: Canada - NT - Yellowknife The Opportunity We are currently seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to join the Resourcing Team on a 6 month fixed term. Reporting to the Team Leader Resourcing, you will be a specialist in the area of recruitment, providing high volume recruitment services to all departments within the EKATI Diamond Mine. The Responsibilities • Manage the full cycle of the recruitment process including, but not limited to, the development of job ads, creating interview questions, conducting interviews, screening resumes, completing reference checks, administering pre-employment testing, preparing employee packages • Provide strategic advice to hiring managers on recruitment best practices in compliance with BHP Billiton Human Resources policies, procedures, systems, standards, Collective Bargaining Agreement and Impact Benefit Agreement (IBA) Community commitments. • Be a subject matter expert for the maintenance of the online recruitment system • Prepare various electronic reports, .... |
