| Recruiter Job Apply now » Date: Jan 17, 2012 Location: Ajax, Ontario, Canada 6 Month Temporary Assignment In this role you will be responsible for all recruitment related activities including supporting documentation for permanent, temporary, contract and independent contractor positions for Engineering, Purchasing, Quality, and Production roles predominantly. Consulting with Management to define new positions both internally and externally. Screening resumes, conducting interviews, recommending candidates for further consideration and hire, preparing recruitment related documentation and reports including but not limited to security clearance requests, offer letters and recruitment. University Degree or equivalent in a related discipline; CHRP an asset Minimum 5 years recruitment experience using behavioral based interviewing techniques ideally in aerospace, engineering, high tech or manufacturing environments. Experience using internet recruitment tools, job boards, social networking and resume databases.
