| Recruiter/ HR Coordinator Job ID: C6502 Location: Calgary Categories: Human Resources, Recruitment Details: Our client is the largest, national independent dealer of their respected Wireless brand. There are over 60 retail locations and sales offices from coast-to-coast. With this, they are looking to add a Recruiter/ HR Coordinator to the main Calgary office. The main focus will be recruitment (approx. 70% of role), while the remainder will be allocated to general HR functions. Responsibilities: • Complete understanding of the recruiting workflow • Manage postings on job boards • Manager relationships with 3rd party vendors • Preparing offer letters • Performing reference checks • Delivering welcome packages • Creating and conducting the orientation and onboarding program Qualifications: • University level education or experience in HR • 1+ years’ experience • Experience dealing with employees at all levels • Strong communication skills • Problem solver • Ability to work on their own, but also within the team setting A competitive base salary plus benefits are available for the selected candidate.
