| JOB OPPORTUNITY 2012 - 03 TITLE: Receptionist LOCATION: Calgary Eaton Centre TD Square, Calgary AB REPORTS TO: Assistant Property Manager POSITION SUMMARY: Working in a fast paced team environment; provides reception, clerical and administrative support for a retail/office portfolio in excess of 2.0 million sq ft. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Reception Receive, direct and relay telephone and fax messages; Pick up and distribute mail and open and date stamp all general correspondence and process out going mail on a daily basis Accept and sign for courier deliveries and prepare packages and documentation for outgoing courier packages Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings and conference calls including organizing catering Maintain an adequate inventory of office and kitchen supplies Respond to inquires from the general public Maintain cleanliness of reception area, mailroom, staff lunchroom and boardrooms Additional Responsibilities Update and maintain the tenant insurance documentation spreadsheet Update tenant contact information Assist in the collection of sales figures from retail tenants Provide administrative and project support for office staff including typing correspond.... |
