Position Requirements:
• Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• Must have strong organizational skills
• Grade twelve diploma or equivalent as determined by management, supplemented by the
completion of office/secretarial training from an approved business school or college.
• A minimum of two (2) years office/secretarial experience;
• Typing 30 wpm. – accuracy essential;
• Pleasant telephone and personal demeanor to operate switchboard
• Good physical and mental health
• Must be punctual and reliable
• Must be well groomed, portray a professional appearance, courteous, tactful and cooperative with
clients, consultants and co-workers.
• Must be able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
