Organizational Status The Faculty of Applied Science is one the larger faculties of The University of British Columbia. The Faculty consists of six Engineering Departments and two schools, Architecture and Nursing, at UBC Vancouver and one at the UBC Okanagan campus and it is the only bridging Faculty between the two campuses. Work Performed 1. Provides secretarial support by: -Drafting routine correspondence, preparing and updating forms and presentation materials. -Photocopying and collating materials as required. -Filing and retrieving documents. When directed, reviews existing files and renames, culls, archives, and/or disposes of material. 2.
