Duration: Permanent Job Description/Duties: General office duties, reception, customer service. Production of reports using a digital dictation system. Processing of incoming and outgoing mail. Scanning and uploading information to files. Obtaining new file information, opening and closing files. Other duties as required. This positon requires a person who will enjoy a diverse and fast paced environment. Requirements/Qualifications: Excellent computer skills (Word & Excel) & typing skills, and ability to produce quality reports and other written documentation. Well mannered and pleasant disposition with excellent people/communication skills. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. An insurance background or knowledge would be an asset.
