| Receptionist/ Admin Assistant Location: Winnipeg Type: Office/Administration Job Description: LOOKING FOR MORE THAN JUST RECEPTION? Do you love being the center hub of an organization to not only your external customers and clients but to the internal clients as well? Are Microsoft programs second nature to you? Do you like to dabble with your accounting expertise? This may be the opportunity you have been looking for. Not only will you be the first point of contact to your company, you will assist with the work flow of the organization by doing general administrative duties and assisting in the accounting department. What you will do: ?Timely and accurately processing of vendor and supplier invoices ?All general office duties ?Reception including assisting with walk in inquiries and greeting clients ?Data entry ?Assist with preparation of Marketing material ?Answer customer inquiries and provide assistance when necessary Must Haves: ?3+ years experience in an office environment ?Knowledge with Microsoft programs including word, excel and PowerPoint ?Familiarity with QuickBooks an asset ?The ability to take charge and get things done!
