The successful candidate will be the first impression for our clients, work partners, staff and public; and as such, must possess a professional and courteous demeanor. The responsibilities of this position include: ? Answering the phone and directing calls ? Opening, stamping and sorting postage packages ? Distributing mail (internal and external) and sending/receiving courier shipments ? Sending and distributing faxes ? Filing and maintenance of files ? Maintenance of employee and project lists ? Performing some word processing tasks (i.e. memos, letters, meeting minutes, etc.) Position Requirements General office and computer skills (including Work and Excel) are essential.
