The primary duties and responsibilities will include the following: Sort and advise incoming mail and courier documents accordingly Ensure timely distribution of outgoing mail and courier documents Manage a busy switchboard Arrange for employee security passes, photo IDs and phone access for new hires and terminated employees Administer parking Liaise with the property manager regarding maintenance of the premises Order and maintain office supplies Coordinate offsite storage of old files Assist with printing, trace and indicate the file number against arrival notices The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant switchboard, reception and administrative experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities Strong computer skills, especially in MS Excel Polished, professional manner and appearance Ab.... |
