| Reception/Office Depot Assistant Location: Toronto # of openings: 1 Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic mature team player to join the Cossette team as a Receptionist/Office Depot Assistant. An immediate opening is available to an in idual who is able to create a professional first impression to clients and visitors, both in person and on the telephone. The receptionist will also act as a liaison to the Office Manager to ensure all aspects of the reception desk and common areas (waiting areas, and cappuccino bar) are neat and equipped to run smoothly and efficiently . They will be a resource to all staff with respect to mail and courier distribution, purchasing all office supplies and stationery. Their d ay would begin at 8:30am and end at 5:00pm. In addition, they will be responsible for communication to the Office Manager and Superintendent about any building deficiencies, issues and interruptions of service of Building Operations. Qualifications -A minimum of 2 years reception experience -Experience dealing with a high call-volume -Intermediate user of Word and Excel -Resourceful and a problem solver -Sense of urgency -Flexible -Ability to multi-task and work in a bu.... |
