The ideal candidate will have practical experience answering daily calls, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to adapt to a changing environment. Responsibilities for the role: Answer and direct all incoming calls Screening and announcing calls for partners Greeting visitors Booking and prepping meeting rooms Dealing with couriers, incoming and outgoing Other tasks as requested Skills/Qualifications: At least two years reception experience in a corporate environment Basic MS Word and Excel skills Ability to handle a large volume of calls in a friendly and timely manner Able to confidently liaise with staff and executives at varying levels within an organization This is a short term temporary position, and for interested applicants we also have other opportunities.
