| Title Real Estate Consultant Job ID jfrec126 Position Overview Real Estate Consultant Responsibilities Manage the marketing & property management of properties on behalf of clients adhering to the varied client expectations Review appraisals, CMA ?s and co-ordinate list price with-in client guidelines Monitor listing activity and negotiate offers on behalf of client Main contact on behalf of client with lawyers/notaries, property management, appraisers and real estate sales representatives Co-ordinate and manage all Real Estate Marketing (REM) services Act as a team resource to meet objectives in the areas of service, cost, client retention and company profitability Respond to telephone and emails in a timely manner (within the same day and not more than 24 hours) Utilize the iZone calendar to organize daily tasks and reminders of upcoming work. Update internal system (iZone) workflow , notepad, scan & upload documents in a timely manner Criticial instruction to be entered in iZone to ensure that information is sharable with anyone assisting on the file(s).
