| RN - Urgent Care Posting #: 724 Location: King Campus Position Details # of openings: 1 Time of Day: Reg/Temp/Casual: Regular Shift Length: Full/Part Time: Part Time Department: URGENT CARE Union: ONA Open Date: 26/01/12 Hours of Work: Extended Hours & Rotating Shifts Closing Date: 02/02/12 Description QUALIFICATIONS •Current registration in the Province of Ontario •Minimum 5 years of current medical/surgical experience •Recent previous experience in emergency and/or critical care •Preference given to applicants with Emergency Nursing Certificate/Diploma or Critical Care Certificate •Current BCLS, ACLS, PALS certificate preferred •TNCC certificate a definite asset •Successful completion of advanced patient assessment, triage course, arrythmia interpretation course would be an advantage •Must be able to complete the orientation as required •A good attendance and work record is essential •A resume regarding further education, special courses and experience should accompany the application NOTE: Hours of work include rotating shifts and extended hours St. Joseph’s Nursing Vision is to make a difference in the lives of those w.... |
